Our Fee / Charges

 

 

We strive to find reliable customers for you. We provide high quality services in property management.

The parties are requested to pay the following the charges towards our services:

Properties above 1 Crore value: 1% of the property value
Properties above 1 Crore value: 2% of the property value
Rentals: Half (50%) of the Monthly Rent has to be paid by owner and 50% by the tenant, towards our service charges etc.
